Bring a Journal to record your adventures!
Yoga mats, blankets  or chairs provided. 
Bring whatever else you need to be comfortable – pillow, water, eye cover, etc.

In this completely safe experience, Lalénya will guide you, using a repetitive drum beat, to travel to other realities, worlds, dimensions (like in a night dream), and bring back stories, healing, guidance and magic.

After an introduction to the process, you are given a “map” as a guided meditation, to enter into the alternate reality space. Then during the drumming, you have your own experience, a magical “journey.”
When the drum calls you back, you return easily to this reality, bringing gifts of insight an understanding. Afterwards, you may share your journey with the group.

Each session has a different theme.
